Job Description

Our company is currently growing, so we’re looking for a full time customer success and documentation expert to join our office in Cracow and contribute to creating and improving our product knowledge base, improve product documentation and provide first tier customer support.

From this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing written as well as video based documentation for our products

Requirements

  • Technical aptitudes and the ability to learn new software programs in an accelerated way
  • Advanced English language skills at a level that enables writing technical documentation
  • Ability to commit to a long term position
  • Video editing knowledge and knowledge in products such Adobe Premiere and after effects
