What data exactly does CreativeMinds store?

When you make a purchase, we store necessary only information: email, informed name and registration date. We do not store any credit card information.

Some payment information, such as username and password, is stored by the payment processor (such as Stripe, PayPal or 2Checkout) and can only be deleted by contacting them.

We store the URL of your site only while the product license is active- after the license has been deactivated, the URL is erased from our system.

If you subscribe to one of our newsletter, we will store your email and signup date.

In which case do I need to confirm my email address?

If you would like to remove purchase data, we must confirm your email address to ensure you are the same person that made the purchases.
