Can I test your product before purchase?


Most of our extensions and modules have live demos. Get in touch with us via this page or via chat for more information.


For security reasons, it’s not possible to test the back-end of our plugins.

Note that many of our plugins have free lite versions, which can be found on Additionally, you can find videos and screenshots of all of our plugins in their product pages. All of their features are also listed and explained in their documentation pages.

Does the products’ price include VAT?

Our business is registered outside of Europe and North America. Therefore, we do not charge VAT or sales tax for the purchase.

Any examples of live websites with your products?

Over the years, we have been lucky to help wonderful people in their projects. You can head to the Customer Stories page to see the story of customers that were kind enough to share with us.

Also note that many of our product pages have showcase websites.

Do I have to pay once? Or is this a subscription?

Only once. Once you buy our products, you can use them forever (this only doesn’t apply to the WordPress Plugin Suite or the All Access Pass for Magento).

Products come with a license key, which are valid for one year from the date of purchase. This key grants free support and updates while it’s active. Products will continue to work on the same site the license was activated after the license has expired. To learn more, check the Terms and Conditions page.

Licensing Questions

Can I install the product on multiple sites at the same time?


In most cases you can install extensions to one live site + two staging environments. For different cases, please get in touch with us.


All products come with a license key that has one or multiple activations.

You can move a license to other sites at any time. The only limit licenses have is how many sites can be active at once. Learn more: License – How to Move Between Sites.

When does the license expires?

The licenses expire one year after the product was purchased. Note that this is not related to the date of activation or deactivation.

What happens after the license expires?

After the license expires, the product will continue working normally. You will however, lose support from CreativeMinds and the ability to update the product or install it on new sites.

You will receive a notification when that is about to happen and, in most cases, you can easily renew the license with 40% discount.

Cart Questions

Can I add multiple products to the cart?

Sure. You can collect several products and add them to the cart.

How do I apply a Discount Code?

During promotions, often the discount code is applied automatically. To learn how to add it manually, please check the guide Applying a Discount Code.

I’m having trouble placing an order

Leave a message in this form and describe the problem. We’ll respond as soon as we can.

After the Purchase

What happens once the purchase is complete?

You will receive an email with the direct download link for each product in a .zip file, along their license keys.

Don’t worry about losing this email: this information is always available in the customer dashboard. Check the video tutorial How To Manage Your CM Downloads for more information.

Can I ask for a refund after purchase?

Yes, under certain terms. Check our Refund Policy for more information.

Note that we don’t grant refunds for purchases of the WordPress Plugin Suite or the All Access Pass for Magento 1 and Magento 2.

I need an invoice with my company details

After purchasing, you can use our custom invoice tool to add your company info and even VAT number to the purchase invoice.

Can I upgrade my purchase in a later moment?

For sure! If you bought one of our product and would like a higher version, just get in touch with us.

Most of the times, we’ll be able to charge only the difference.
