Magento Vendor Questions and Answers Description
Let customers submit product questions, and store admins or suppliers answer them!
Visitors will trust more your brand if they perceive it as engaged and informative. Questions and Answers is the answer to that.
Use the Q&A module module for Marketplace M2 to add a Question Form to each product page. Potential customers can use these forms to ask specific questions regarding the products they are interested in.

Store suppliers are able to answer questions from the Supplier panel. The list of questions, both answered and unanswered, will appear. |
Vendor Questions and Answers Module Admin Options
The admin has various options to configure the module and manage questions and answers.
- Answer Questions – Easy backend option of replying to customers
- Questions Limiting – Prevent overload of information, and display only the important questions
- Hiding Q&A – Simple on / off switch to hide or display Q&A form
- Delete Questions – Trash a question if it is not suitable for the product
- Questions Approval – Require that newly asked and answered questions must be approved before appearing on the frontend
- Notification System – Notify both customers and suppliers for new questions and answers

Are there any requirements before using this module?
You need to have the Multi-Vendor Marketplace Extension installed before using this module.
How to enable the module?
To Enable or Disable the addon from the Admin dashboard, navigate to Stores → Settings → Configuration → CMINDS SUPPLIER PRODUCT UPLOADER → Question and Answer Module
Is there an approval system?
Yes. To require Administrator approval, on the Admin Panel navigate to Stores → Configuration → Marketplace QA → Configuration. The second Setting toggles whether admin approval is require on and off.
Set this Admin Approval Required to ‘Yes’ to require approval or ‘No’ to allow questions be posted without moderation.
Can I limit the number of questions displayed?
Yes. To set the limit of the number of questions that can be asked, from the Admin Panel navigate to Stores → Configuration → Marketplace QA → Configuration. In the module settings identify the option Max Questions Per Product.
