Tooltip Glossary WordPress Community Terms Add-On provides an easy way for your users to add and suggest new terms to your WordPress Glossary.


Support Anonymous Posting and Moderation

This add-on works for both anonymous users and registered users and allows you to control which individuals or user groups can add new terms to your site's vocabulary.

Glossary community addon also includes a moderation system which lets you edit the added terms before they are published.

Suggested terms that are authored by visitors will appear in the admin glossary dashboard page with a Draft status until approved by the site administrator.

Yes, glossary term moderation is supported. The moderation feature is enabled or disabled through the add-on settings.

Yes, there is an option to enable or disable star ratings within the plugin settings.

Do site users receive any notification when their submitted Glossary Terms have been approved?

There is an option to enable User Email Notifications. These are sent when there is any status change with glossary terms that they have added to the site. Most commonly these will be changing from Pending to Published status.
