Job Description

Our company is currently growing, so we are looking for a full time customer success and documentation expert to join our office in Krakow and contribute to creating and improving our product knowledge base, improve product documentation and provide first tier customer support.

From this position, you will be responsible with:

  • Preparing written as well as video based documentation for our products
  • Preparing white-papers and knowledge base articles about our products
  • Building web based product pages
  • Participating in our first tier support helpdesk and answer customer pre-sale questions (during regular office hours)


  • Technical aptitudes and the ability to learn new software programs in an accelerated way
  • Knowledge of customer service practices
  • Advanced English language skills at a level that enables writing technical documentation
  • Ability to commit to a long term position
  • SEO knowledge is a plus
