The Order Split module enhances the M2 Marketplace extension to address that.
What is Order Splitting?

By default, when a customer checks out, Magento 2 creates a single order with all products. A purchase involving 10 suppliers, for instance, will generate an order bulking all products and vendors. The Order Split module fixes that and automatically creates a single order for each vendor. |

Why Order Split
Having orders for each vendor can help immensely in organizing and bookkeeping. Let's check at least three stakeholders that benefit from it:

Sample Use Cases
- Veronica orders Watch from supplier A and Bag and Jacket from Supplier B. As a result, order 1 will contain Watch, and order 2 will contain Bag and Jacket. The original order is split in two.
- Veronica orders different wristbands from Supplier A, B, C and D. As a result, four orders will be generated.
- Veronica orders Watch and Shirt from supplier A. As a result, order 1 will contain Watch and Shirt. The order is not split, as all items are from the same vendor.
