Job Description
We are looking for a part time Account Manager to join our team and contribute towards increasing sales and providing service to our clients.
From this position, you will be responsible for:
- Daily direct e-mail, mailing system, chat and VoIP communication with our existing and potential customers
- Coming up with the the ideas for promotions, special offers, discounts and bundles to fill the client needs
- Helping our visitors find the products they’re looking for, helping them to make the purchase
- Comparing our offer to the competition, to make sure we’re offering the best product available
- Knowing our product base – WordPress plugins, Magento Extensions and services we provide very well
- Boosting our brand awareness in the WordPress and Magento communities
We’re looking for someone with:
- Very good English language skills allowing to communicate easily with customers from all over the world (knowing other languages will be a plus)
- Great memory allowing to remember the features of more than hundred of products in our offer (and/or ability to find them quickly)
- Individual approach to customers, ability to easily understand their needs
- Strong communication skills – you will work with both customers and colleagues
- High self-motivation and self-organization
- Good understanding of the specifics of the market
- Ability to identify and solve the problems in the sales process
- Experience in working in online sales will be a big plus
