How do you track referral purchases?

We use cookies to track who clicks on your link, so visitors need to allow the use of browser cookies in order for us to track them. If a person clears their cookies, we will not be able to track them and your affiliate tag will be lost.

What if a customer I referred leaves cminds.com and comes back later through a different link?

Our affiliate system uses cookies to identify site visitors. If a person clicks on your referral link and then later clicks on someone else’s, yours will be the one that counts. Bear in mind, though, that this does not apply if the user has cleared their browser cache, or if the cookies have expired (cookies expire after 21 days).

How do you transfer affiliate earnings?

Affiliate commissions are transferred via PayPal. In order for us to be able to transfer your funds, you will need to provide the email address associated with your PayPal account when you register.

If you want to change your affiliate payment email, simply go to the “Settings” tab on your affiliate dashboard and enter a new email address into the “Payment Email” field.

Can I promote CreativeMinds on my coupon site?

No. Referrals generated by paid coupon sites campaigns will be disregarded and the affiliate will not be paid. Learn more about this in our affiliate terms and conditions.

Can I start a Google AdWords campaign to promote referrals?

No. Buying CM Plugins trademark keywords on Google AdWords is strictly forbidden.

Where can I see my earned commission?

Earned commissions appear under the statistics tab in your Affiliate Dashboard.

You can view real time reports on paid and unpaid earnings. Earnings are transferred to your PayPal account once a month.

Is there a limit to the number of monthly referrals allowed?

No. Lucky for us both, you can refer as many visitors as you like and grow your commission rates accordingly, as detailed here.
